* elf32-sparc.c (elf32_sparc_omit_section_dynsym): New function.
(elf_backend_omit_section_dynsym): Define to it.
* elf64-sparc.c (sparc64_elf_omit_section_dynsym): New function.
(elf_backend_omit_section_dynsym): Define to it.
