bfd/ * elflink.c (elf_link_add_object_symbols): Exclude weak refs when considering whether an --as-needed library is needed. ld/ * ld.texinfo (--as-needed): Update. ld/testsuite/ * ld-elf/pr14862.out: Expect no output.
