build: use Automake 1.14's non-recursive Makefile features
* configure.ac: Require Automake 1.14.
* examples/calc++/local.mk, examples/local.mk, examples/mfcalc/local.mk,
* examples/rpcalc/local.mk, tests/local.mk: Use %D% and %C%.
