Tests: Teach RunCMake.SymlinkTrees to tolerate CCACHE_BASEDIR
If the test is driven with a `ccache`-wrapped compiler then
the `CCACHE_BASEDIR` environment variable might break paths
the test checks.
Fixes: #23885
