Add instructions to make Linaro 15.06 release work in GICv3 mode.rfc/arm_gicv3_driver_v1
The Linaro tracking kernel and UEFI do not work OOB in GICv3 mode. This patch adds instructions to the user-guide.md for changes required to both these components in order to run them with the GICv3 only driver in ARM TF. Change-Id: I57aebadfa65566c83a37b2501f43608f1ea77212

+The linaro tracking kernel includes support for GICv3 by default, but it
+crashes during runtime in GICv3 mode due to an incorrect patch which needs to
+be removed. Use the `git revert` command to remove the commit with SHA ID
+1688ace31903d82dba17cc057a917c4f3ed0a5ce from the linaro tracking kernel.

+Also, the default FVP build of UEFI configures GICv3 in V2 legacy mode. This
+can be changed by setting the build flag
+`gArmTokenSpaceGuid.PcdArmGicV3WithV2Legacy` to FALSE in
+`uefi/edk2/ArmPlatformPkg/ArmVExpressPkg/ArmVExpress-FVP-AArch64.dsc`.
+
+Recompile both kernel and UEFI as mentioned in
+[Linaro release notes][Linaro releases], section 2.2.
+
+The GICv3 DTBs found in ARM Trusted Firmware source directory can be
+used to test the GICv3 kernel on the respective FVP models.
