gsctool: clean up and restore compilation outside chrootstabilize-14964.B-cr50_stabfirmware-chameleon-14947.B-cr50_stabfirmware-14947.B-cr50_stab
The new compiler version does not like mixing up arrays and pointers,

BUG=none
TEST=compilation succeeds inside and outside chroot, gsctool updates
succeed with Ti50
