guybrush: move unuse/led gpio to varianet
Move test point and led gpio
from base_gpio.inc to variant.
BUG=none
BRANCH=none
TEST=make BOARD=guybrush, make BOARD=nipperkin,
make BOARD=dewatt all pass.
