eve: add motion lid check
In case the GMR does not work, we do not send (SW_TABLET_MODE), value 0,
when the lid is against the base (tablet mode).
Use lid angle calculation to help. In practice it triggers tablet mode
earlier (at around 300) and exists later (240 degree).

TEST=Check tablet mode is mostly driven by accels.
