cherry: disable customized usb_a port power for Cherrystabilize-ambassador-14268.43.B-mainstabilize-14268.67.B-mainstabilize-14268.52.B-mainstabilize-14268.51.B-mainrelease-R96-14268.B-main
Old Cherry board does not have AP_XHCI_INIT_DONE pin to trigger
the interrupt. Use the default hooks in usb_port_power_dumb
instead.
