soc/amd/{picasso,cezanne}: Enable CBMEM_PRINT_PRE_BOOTBLOCK_CONTENTS
This will help debugging verstage failures.
BUG=b:213828947
TEST=Boot guybrush and verify verstage logs are printed before bootblock
messages.
