Update actions, status from upstream

This pulls a lot of action and status icons from upstream.

Changes will mostly be seen in the arrow style, arrows
are more rounded. These icons also use a newer gradient and borders.

Adds a lot of missing `*-rtl` action and status icons and symlinks.

Fixed a few erroneously named icons and inconsistent icons.
Updated symlinks where needed.
