Prefer C23 ckd_* to Gnulib *_WRAPV macros
C23 has added ckd_add etc. macros with functionality equivalent to the older Gnulib INT_ADD_WRAPV macros, so switch to the more-standard names. * admin/merge-gnulib (GNULIB_MODULES): Add stdckdint.
