* config/i386/gnu-user.h: Copy from linux.h. Update comments.
(LINK_EMULATION, GLIBC_DYNAMIC_LINKER): Remove.
(SUBTARGET_EXTRA_SPECS): Use GNU_USER_LINK_EMULATION and
GNU_USER_DYNAMIC_LINKER.
(MD_UNWIND_SUPPORT, REG_NAME): Remove.
