gcc/ChangeLog:
* configure.ac: Set aliasing_flags to -fno-strict-aliasing if
the host compiler is affected by placement new aliasing bug.
* configure: Regenerate.
* Makefile.in (ALIASING_FLAGS): New variable.
(ALL_CXXFLAGS): Add $(ALIASING_FLAGS).
