* include/sparc-signal.h: new file.
* configure.in: include/sparc-signal.h added.
* configure: regenerated.
* prims.cc (JvRunMain): signal handling code rewritten to be more
portable.
(catch_segv): ditto.

* include/i386-signal.h: reorganized.
* include/default-signal.h: reorganized.
