renaming.
* a-cgaaso.ads, a-secain.ads, a-slcain.ads, a-shcain.ads,
a-crdlli.ads, a-coormu.ads, a-ciormu.ads: modified header to conform
to convention for non-RM specs.
Add descriptive header, and documented each operation
document each operation
