* flow.c (update_life_info): Consider blocks null to mean the
universal set. (calculate_global_regs_live): Likewise. (life_analysis): Do that instead of collecting all_blocks. git-svn-id: svn+ssh://gcc.gnu.org/svn/gcc/trunk@33469 138bc75d-0d04-0410-961f-82ee72b054a4
