[the skipped unsafe_put_fields was because
normexp_unsafe_put_fields should, like every other side-effecting
expression, returns a simple local occurrence of ctype_void;;
warm-basilys-1 still buggy for test0!]
* melt/warm-basilys.bysl: (add2sbuf_indent) lowered column threshold.
(dbgout_fields) less wide output.
(dbgout_anybinding_method) nicer output.
(normal_exp) selector - better comment.
(normexp_return) always return a locsymocc.
(normexp_unsafe_get_field) returns a locsymocc.
(outpucod_objlocv) shorter comments in generated code.
(compilobj_nrep_forever) added useless *99bis stuff & extra asserts.
* melt/test0.bysl: added more tests.
* melt/README-MELT: added explanation about bug.
* melt-cc-script.proto: minor typos & outputs.
