* tree.h (TYPE_NEEDS_CONSTRUCTING): New macro.
(tree_type): Add needs_constructing_flag.
* function.c (assign_parms): If TYPE_NEEDS_CONSTRUCTING, pass by
invisible reference.
* calls.c (expand_call): Ditto.
