configure.in (ac_libiberty_warn_cflags): Turn on warnings if we're using gcc.
* configure.in (ac_libiberty_warn_cflags): Turn on warnings if
we're using gcc.
* Makefile.in (COMPILE.c): Add @ac_libiberty_warn_cflags@
