	* gcc-interface/trans.c (gigi): Use size_int in lieu of build_int_cst.
	* gcc-interface/utils2.c (build_call_raise): Fix off-by-one error.
	Use size_int in lieu of build_int_cst.
	(build_call_alloc_dealloc): Use build_index_2_type in lieu of
	build_range_type.
