New case.
* expprint.c (dump_subexp_body_standard) <OP_TYPEOF,

* parse.c (operator_length_standard) <OP_TYPEOF, OP_DECLTYPE>:

* std-operator.def (OP_TYPEOF, OP_DECLTYPE): New constants.
