* cli/cli-decode.h (add_set_cmd): Delete declaration.

* i386-nat.c (_initialize_i386_nat): Update call.
* valprint.c (_initialize_valprint): Update comment.
* gnu-nat.c (_initialize_gnu_nat): Update call.
