* config/m68k/xm-m68k.h: Delete file.
* config/m68k/xm-linux.h: Do not include "m68k/xm-m68k.h". Update
copyright.
(HOST_LONG_DOUBLE_FORMAT): Delete macro.
* config/pa/xm-linux.h: Delete empty file.
* config/pa/linux.mh (XM_FILE): Delete.
* config/i386/xm-i386.h: Delete empty file.
* config/i386/xm-nbsd.h, config/i386/xm-go32.h: Do not include
"i386/xm-i386.h".
* config/i386/obsdaout.mh (XM_FILE): Delete.
* config/i386/obsd64.mh (XM_FILE): Delete.
* config/i386/fbsd64.mh (XM_FILE): Delete.
* config/i386/nto.mh (XM_FILE): Delete.
