Add support for --enable-lmcheck configure option.

This allows the user to enable this option at configure time if building
a release, or to disable it if building a snapshot.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * configure.ac: Add --enable-lmcheck configure option.
        * configure: Regenerate.
