(struct inferior_status): Rename stop_soon_quietly field to stop_soon.

(save_inferior_status): Ditto.
(restore_inferior_status): Ditto.
* infcmd.c (attach_command): Ditto.
* fork-child.c (startup_inferior): Ditto.
* inferior.h (stop_soon): Rename from stop_soon_quietly.
* alpha-tdep.c (heuristic_proc_start): Ditto.
