(mips_builtin_opcodes): Add "dext", "dextm", "dextu", "dins",
"dinsm", "dinsu", "drotl", "drotr", "drotr32", "drotrv", "dsbh",
and "dshd" for MIPS64r2. Adjust "dror", "dror32", and "drorv" to
be supported on MIPS64r2.
