* mips-opc.c (mips_builtin_opcodes): Use WR_31 rather than WR_d
for the single-operand forms of JALR and JALR.HB.
* micromips-opc.c (micromips_opcodes): Likewise JALR, JALRS, JALR.HB
and JALRS.HB.
