	is wrong. I patched it to work now for SN, but it must be a general
	fix, even for gdbtk. When you bind events to the button use please
	{+ ...} to keep existing bindings for the widget.
	(TOOLBAR_command): new. To change the relief state of a checkbutton-
	like widgets from the application.
