GhostPDF - detect real number overflow
If a number read from a PDF file would overflow a real, then detect that
and use 0 instead.
Also, use 0 if sscanf fails to read a number.
Add code to emit warnings for these.
Fixes /tests_private/comparefiles/Bug692245.pdf with pdfwrite.
