\| \| \| \| \| \| \| \| \|	If we define GS_HIDE_INTERNAL_JPEG on build, then a series of macros is used to rename internal JPEG entrypoints. This can prevent symbol clashes when linking with other libraries. There may well be more symbols to add here in future, but this seems to be enough to solve it for me now.

	Squashed into one commit (see branch for details of the evolution of the branch). This brings gpcl6 and gxps into the Ghostscript build system, and a shared set of graphics library object files for all the interpreters. Also, brings the same configuration options to the pcl and xps products as we have for Ghostscript.
