\| \| \| \| \| \| \| \|	We were under the impression that the Windows driver 'PScript5.dll' used superexec, but after testing with our extensive suite of PostScript file, and analysis of the PScript5 "Adobe CoolType ProcSet, it does not appear that this operator is needed anymore. Get rid of superexec and all of the references to it, since it is a potential security hole.

	Squashed into one commit (see branch for details of the evolution of the branch). This brings gpcl6 and gxps into the Ghostscript build system, and a shared set of graphics library object files for all the interpreters. Also, brings the same configuration options to the pcl and xps products as we have for Ghostscript.
