* gmp.texi (Formatted Output Strings): %a and %A are C99 not glibc.
(Formatted Input Strings): Type "l" is for double too. Hex floats are
accepted for mpf_t.
(Formatted Input Functions): Describe tightened parse rule, clarify
return value a bit.
