tracker-parser-libicu: Fix gint vs gsize comparison
Change TrackerParser::utxt_size type from gint to gsize for type
consistency with the type of the variables this is most often compared
with. Also, buffer sizes are more naturally kept as gsize. This is a
private struct, thus there is no ABI compatibility issue.
