Merge in portability changes from gcc/libiberty
to support AIX, IRIX, Tru64, and Windows. See the ChangeLog there for credits and details. Thanks to Kaveh Ghazi for helping to keep these files in sync. (ARRAY_SIZE): Define it. (physmem_total, physmem_available): Add comments. From Kaveh Ghazi.
