doc: Remove documentation of Solaris 8 and older as supported platforms.
* doc/gnulib-intro.texi (Target Platforms): Mention that Solaris <= 8 is
unsupported.
* doc/posix-functions/mbrtowc.texi: Don't mention Solaris specific
workarounds.
* doc/posix-functions/memcmp.texi: Likewise.
* doc/posix-functions/rename.texi: Likewise.
* doc/posix-functions/tzset.texi: Likewise.
* doc/posix-headers/wctype.texi: Likewise.
* doc/**/*.texi: Update.
