doc: Update for MSVC 14.
* doc/posix-headers/*.texi: Add info about MSVC 14. * doc/posix-functions/*.texi: Likewise. * doc/pastposix-functions/*.texi: Likewise. * doc/glibc-headers/*.texi: Likewise. * doc/glibc-functions/*.texi: Likewise.
