vsprintf-gnu: Add tests.
* tests/test-vsprintf-gnu.c: New file, based on
tests/test-vsprintf-posix.c.
* tests/test-sprintf-gnu.h: New file, based on
tests/test-vasnprintf-gnu.c.
* modules/vsprintf-gnu-tests: New file, based on
modules/vsprintf-posix-tests.
