I think the NOFLOAT todo is no longer either realistic or necessary.
Since we've measured gpsd at less than 1% of CPU utilization on
low-power ARMs, NOFLOAT would be a solution looking for a problem.
And given what we have to do to compute error estimates, doing away
with floats was probably doomed anyway.
