[AIS] Add scaled and unscaled JSON dump to regression tests
The unscaled and scaled JSON dump code was not exerted with sample.aivdm, only
the CSV code was. Fix that.
PS: The idempotency test only validates parsing/dumping, and only in unscaled
mode.
