Drop two regression-test metadata fields that were tricky to report
well and we weren't using anyway. They had to do with a
long-abandoned plan to try to recognize start-of-cycle with some
sort of state machine, which I abandoned when I realized it would
be way too failure-prone.
I'm dropping them now to simplify the web-form interface to report GPS
behavior.
