[build]: Rename GROFF_CHECK_GROPDF_PROGRAMS macro.
[build]: Rename `GROFF_CHECK_GROPDF_PROGRAMS` macro to
`GROFF_GROPDF_DEPENDENCIES_CHECK` to generalize for greater accuracy in
forthcoming change.
