Drop groff_filenames(5) document.
It says nothing accurate that is not covered elsewhere.
* contrib/groff_filenames: Delete.
* doc/doc.am (GROFF_MAN_PAGES): Drop.
* src/roff/groff/groff.1.man: Drop cross reference to it.
* NEWS: Add item.
