[docs]: Correct capitalization of "CaPSL".
This is the correct casing of the acronym per
http://www.undocprint.org/formats/page_description_language/capsl (via
the Internet Archive).
Also:
* doc/groff.texi (grolbp): Use Texinfo @acronym command for this term
instead of @strong, and don't mark up "Canon" specially at all.
