Add various contrib, fix some build rules.
Add the following contrib:
- contrib/gpinyin
- contrib/gperl
- contrib/gpinyin
- contrib/grap2graph
- contrib/pic2graph
- contrib/groff_filenames
The scripts listed in `bin_SCRIPTS' are now cleaned by `make
mostlyclean'.
Fix `make clean': it failed if nothing was build previously.
