doc/groff.texi: Rename node "GNU troff Reference".
I'm trying to wean our documentation off of the term "gtroff", which is increasingly archaic with the progressive demise of proprietary System V-descended Unices. https://www.theregister.com/2023/01/17/unix_is_dead/
