groff_char(7): Fix content and style nits.
* Migrate terminology: "escape" -> "escape sequence".
* Say specifically what loads "composite.tmac".
* Depict correct glyph for | character (meaningful for devices like
"ps" that de-unify | and \[or]), so that a distinction can be seen.
