[ms]: Fix content, style, markup nits in docs.
* The adjectival form of "integer" is "integral".
* Migrate terminology: "horizontal space" (escape sequence) ->
"horizontal motion".
* doc/ms.ms: Place trailing period correctly.
* Tighten wording.
