manuals: Replace '-' comment lines with '='.
...as groff_mom(7) and groff_mdoc(7) already do. This makes it much less tedious to pattern-match (especially inside a text editor session) for dash/hyphen/minus problems. Signed-off-by: G. Branden Robinson <g.branden.robinson@gmail.com>
