groff_man*(7): Fix style nits.

* Drop now-redundant wording about `TQ` causing a break.
* Adjust dead-tree pagination.
* Recast description of `MT`/`ME` and `UR`/`UE` macros for clarity; they
  bracket link text, not the hyperlink destinations.
* Drop now-redunant wording about `SH`, `SS`, `TP`, and `HP` causing
  breaks.
* Tighten wording.
